Tried your app in Singapore. Never mind taxi drivers who can barely speak English, they can't even find you! It's both the app's geolocation and rubbish pick up spot interface. Wasted an hour setting up the app and waiting for ordered taxis who just pass by the approximate location you ordered, give or take 50m and put you as "no show", which makes it impossible to get the car you ordered.
I also suspect car number mistakes, as once a driver miraculously passed by me looking for the person who ordered the taxi and find nobody. And I got another "no show" as he disappeared, the car with a different number.
Conclusion: the taxi stands, even with queues, proved a lot faster and more efficient at actually getting cars.
Very confusing GOS mapping/location system
All is wrong with GPS localization for this App. I enter my current location many times but still it’s automatically changes my location to nearby buildings. It is showing taxi is in other streets while it is waiting outside for you.
Please fix this
Main page doesn’t even load
Can’t even book a cab with just a empty page showing. So buggy.
New updates are problematic
Since a recent update to the app I have had so many problems. On several occasions I have booked a taxi, it appears on the system and shows it’s progress on the map but then the system seems to freeze and the taxi never turns up. Please go back to the previous version.
You need major improvement
Your refresh app hangs and doesn’t load. It’s super unfriendly. And the experience with Comfort Delgro is really bad.
New experience no good
Please default to taxi only. I don’t want other drivers that I can’t contact.
Appallingly slow and therefore useless
The app is so slow to open update and save any information that it’s appalling performance renders it useless.
Frozen at peak hours. Cannot find locations
We tried to use the app during peak hours but it was very slow and could not press the Book Now button.
Also tried to find Village Hotel Sentosa by address but failed. Trying Village Hotel popping out a lot result but nothing related.
Deleted right away after this experience.
Complete Joke - Don’t believe the fake reviews Comfort has paid for
App doesn’t even function. Complete joke. Comfort Delgro is the worst company in Singapore. Grab is atrocious but better than this joke.
You won’t find cab
Don’t bother downloading this app. Cabs are on grab app waiting to earn more money. Don’t even see the point for having comfort Delgro as a brand anymore. Just change it to Grab.
