Honestly I prefer the app before the update. This update is trash, it takes forever to load and after taking so much time it wouldn’t load

Tried registering and the app keeps saying add your phone number and my num is there.

I keep funding my wallet and I’ll get a successful email but value will not be added to my wallet and gig will not respond to their email or phone calls. You people are scammers

This august update is a mess ,now the app won’t process anything,it just opens and keeps on loading. Hope my funds won’t go missing when it finally starts working.have already disappointed clients with delays in delivery 😭😭😭

Seriously whoever the dev is should be fired because what in the crap is that app now? I leave money there sometimes to recharge and buy data but since the update this feat is gone?

If you know what’s good for you, stay away from this app. Don’t think I’m giving this review based on emotions, it happened few days back and they keep making it worse. Never use them!!!

You please have the worst delivery service ever I paid money into my wallet it took days to appear I requested for a pickup and delivery you people keep canceling it I had to order a cab to go pick my goods for me now the money I sent to you people’s app is just sitting there 🤬🤬 download this app at your own risk

I have experience worse in trusting gig, i give them goods to deliver paid everything and after creating a shipment they cancel the shipment, right now that am talking they haven’t sent it, from abuja to kano. It almost 4 days and still counting 😡😡😡

I can’t even open my app to track my goods since yesterday and I’ve upgraded it still same things,ones you try to click on the app it will quit back ..

This app is not opening on my phone
