If there is a rating below 1 star, I will rate this company with it. Because tell me why a 6am bus left Lagos at 9am and as 20:10pm we are still at Awka going to Enugu. Before the journey commences, the driver warned us not to speak about his driving as he drives slowly else he will report the person to the authorities. How can 8 hours join on a free road take over 14 hours. The driver was so rude and nonchalant. Use your money for a safer bus please.

Honestly their service is great. I loved every bit of it, though they were no arm rests and I felt like I was falling off😂. But everything was amazing

I do not recommend using this transport service. The App is useless because they won’t follow your booking. They will sell of your seats, customer service personnel are extremely unprofessional and rude and they don’t service their buses, so there is a high chance that your bus stop in the middle of no where. The worst traveling experience I have ever had in my life.

I like the wallet option

I am extremely disappointed with the GIGM app. On October 31, 2024, I made an airtime recharge of ₦5400, which failed, yet my money was deducted. Despite reaching out to customer service immediately and providing all necessary details, I have received no feedback or resolution to date. This is the fourth time I am experiencing this issue with the app’s airtime purchase feature. It is unacceptable for a company of this size to provide such unreliable services and unresponsive support. If this feature is no longer functional, it should be removed to avoid inconveniencing customers. Until the problem is resolved and the customer service improves, I cannot recommend this app to others.
