My money on GIGM app
I transfer money from my mobile app to GIGM app toward me be able to buy airtime or use their private transportation unfortunately for them to deduct me forcefully without me not receiving what am paying for and the customer care line stop working because i always complain and about 10k of my money have been sized on this app without it been return back to me

I can’t book a bus ticket to someone else and it not searching departure. The app is not friendly this time also I tried buying airtime from my wallet and it will debit me and not credit my line. It needs more improvement

This gigm mobile app is wack and frustrating..I’d been trying to book a trip to Ghana via the app but there’s no feature to book such trip..i deleted and redownload the app all to no avail..there customer care number nobody picks it so annoying
