Garbage app. Your app messed up my mind i tried millions of times to upload my sin and sin doc but its showing me unexpected error why because my pic is crystal clear just solve this issue

Not working in iPhone 15

The app simply fails to load past the logo splash screen. I need this app for work and had to use a much older iPhone to install the app and setup my account on it. Tried deleting, resetting, restarting, and reinstalling the app multiple times. Issue persist.
