I have reported several issues I encountered while using the app. To seek assistance, I sent an email and requested a response. However, despite the fact that many weeks have gone by, I still haven't received the help I need to feel satisfied with the app.

Definitely my favorite study app! Though as others have said previously, there’s space for development. For one, the order of the cards and the ability to shuffle them, to be able to copy others public decks but also add them to your own deck/ edit them for yourself and choose which ones you want. Same goes with the ai option and also it’d be nice if there was a feature to copy/move specific cards and not just decks as it would make studying from others decks a lot easier- to be able to choose which ones work best for you and add them to your own personal deck. Still one of the best apps out there though, and will probably use it a lot in the future too!

It’s kind of irritating how little I can do with the cards that the AI makes! I for example can’t change the order of the cards or underline words on the cards. And when I change the highlighting it often reverts back to how it was before I changed it. Please fix this! The app works so well beyond that!

Downloaded it to study for my summer assessments,cause I have no motivation and I’m on my phone anyways, so far it’s working wonders.

When I first tried Save All, I was skeptical. There was a life system that might get in the way, and for the specific purpose I got it for (studying Japanese vocabulary), it was lacking. My view of the app has drastically shifted since then. Firstly, my main gripe with it *used to be* that when the app tells me to pick the first symbol of a word, it displays 2 kana (the Japanese writing system) and 10 Latin characters (the script I'm typing in right now). This made the cards pathetically easy, especially since the two kana were always in the word you need to guess; you just had to know the order. This has changed! Some time in the last 24 hours, the cards have been updated. From what it seems, if the AI that Save All uses detects Japanese script, all the options will be in kana. I actually sent an email about this to the developers, and I like to think that it helped a bit. That means that it's no longer a downside. (Note that this only applies to this one task, at least in my experience. Exercises where you have to pick the right word from a list still feature English words, unfortunately.) The life system is almost beneficial. I have only run out of lives a couple times, but you get a whopping 15 lives, and you can get more by completing many cards. The life system is therefore not an attempt to turn a learning app into a Freemium app (like Quizlet recently did) but instead a healthy reminder to take a break and come back in a mere 20 minutes. And for those of us who hate breaks, there's a completely optional premium system that removes the lives. I've managed perfectly fine without. Overall, Save All has become a very nice part of my daily routine. Its AI seems to be quite smart, my cards are always spaced on time and the developers seem like they truly care about the app, which isn't easy to find these days. I could not recommend it enough, it's like Anki but far easier to use and doesn't cost an arm and a leg.
