Nice application to buy tickets for train

Didn’t work via iDeal. Write off finally 3 times

When using tickets with additional passengers. It’s challenging to switch between passengers tickets easily. Currently it requires going to “my tickets” then selecting the leg of the journey and passenger then clicking “Show QR code” then once that has scanned the user needs to select back and do the process of selecting the correct ticket and pressing show QR code again. It would be more user friendly if there was a way to select the leg of the journey and show all QR codes for the passengers or have a way to easily swipe between passengers.

It isn’t perfectly synced with the actual times for the buses. Multiple times the bus I needed to take wasn’t showing up so I was forced to buy a ticket on the bus for 2 times the price. It’s good if you’re just relaxing, but don’t expect to depend on it in with tight travel plans. The developers probably have it set that it only shows what the computer determines to be the “best” rides.. I needs to just show all of them; like google does (for example), the computer doesn’t always give the best options, therefore it’s not reliable

De app voelt aan als zeer commercieel. Naast veel schermen steeds weg te moeten klikken, vraagt het veel data/gegevens van je. Waar dat voor wordt gebruikt is erg onduidelijk. Zo wordt gevraagd om telefoonnummer, zonder duidelijk is wat daar het voordeel van is of wat ermee gebeurd. Privacybeleid is ook erg vaag over wat ze met jouw gegevens doen. Het noemt veel soorten gegevens die ze delen, maar houdt het bij ‘partijen’ en noemt niets bij naam. Persoonlijk vind ik de reisplanner ook vrij onoverzichtelijk. Kortom: er is nog veel werk aan de winkel. Ook de ‘feedback’ optie in het menu ontbreekt, hoewel dat in een avn de reacties werd genoemd. Jammer wel, want het wordt hoog tijd voor een betere ov-app voor de gebruiker!

Onoverzichtelijk en geeft slechte adviezen.

Vind het een fijne app. Reis er zowel zakelijk als privé mee.
