Go City -Travel Plan & Tickets

I bought a Rome pass for €120+ euros. Every attraction in Rome , when clicked on , brings up a message ‘this is not available on your pass’ . No help in the faq. Attempt to use the live chat but get (declared) ai chatbot responses that never default to a human operator even when it is clear that the chatbot is not resolving the problem. The phone line (tbf an 0800 number) went unanswered for half an hour on a midweek afternoon. I am not a tech idiot. The deal looks good. But I have to advise you to avoid .

We went to New York City and paid for thee attractions. We saved money and everything was very easy to book. We will definitely use gocity again.

If you are looking to go to NYC this is the pass for you if you decide to do a few different places this is well worth the money by far ! I think I worked out it was bought for £198 and we added it up what single costings would have been in total of £340 go buy it straight away !

I would highly recommend the Go City app, I went to New York with my 2 teenage sons and we wanted to visit as much as we could. This app allowed this. It was very easy to use and was full of useful advise!!! It had so many more attractions compared to other apps and a very competitive price.

Won’t let me book

Works well. Lots of savings if you do lots. The more you use it the more you save. Very happy we got this and booked in advance to do all sorts of interesting things so far. The tours have been very good so far. Only half way through our holiday so here’s hoping the rest is as good as the first.

We’ve tried to book LINQ zip line today. It says we have to book on the same day and now says we can’t. Eiffel Tower was also on our bucket list and it’s closed so that’s two items we can’t do. We leave tomorrow and having paid for things we have wasted two passes

Used the app for a recent trip to New York and found it easy to use and it was accepted like a ticket in all the places we choose to go on the list. Would certainly recommend it. We had a three day pass and got our moneys worth after 2 days.

Not a good app. Got passes and thought booked time slots. Got to 1st place and showed pass only to be told it’s not the right pass. Very very misleading app. Please don’t use this app.

Despite they the hefty price tag of the packages the app is poorly designed. Every time you open the app it tries to download the attractions, eating your data usage and unable to load if no internet. There is not filter to allow screening to your pass type. Very disappointing.
