Go Program Way2Go Card

This whole company is a scam. Don’t even try to transfer your funds to your own bank account unless you want to pay a transfer fee and not even have the transfer actually go through. They have some kind of unwritten requirements to “authenticate” yourself in order to transfer, but do not inform or explain what they are to you anywhere. Guy on the phone said something about sending a picture of your ID and a bank statement to them but even he sounded skeptical of the process and the company he works for. Unemployment departments everywhere are doing us all a disservice by switching to this worthless company. If you’re lucky you’ll find an atm that doesn’t charge for withdrawals and be able to get your money in $300 increments. This card is at best an inconvenience, at worst a scheme to nickel and dime you out of your unemployment money

It’s a strange process and have been waiting for over a week. The first one was sent back as “client adjustment” after a few days, then I transferred again and after a few days it says “cleared” but isn’t in my bank account. This causes an uneasy feeling of losing your money, still waiting for funds to be transferred and hoping it wasn’t lost.

Please fix the length in time it takes to transfer money into another banking institution. My only problem with this app. It takes almost 5 days to transfer.

The app is easy to use I have no issues so far.My only complaint is you don’t get alerts when you use the card so you can’t tell when someone hacks your account.I don’t know how but someone hacked my debit card changed the pin and used it in another state ,in order for me to get my money back I had to pay for a new card and wait . Not only did the take my money but I have to pay for a new card then be stuck without a card for 2 weeks .I did get a notification that my pin was change but the email didn’t say what debit card or any info not even the app name or anything stating which debit card it was I have a couple of bank accounts .

There is no way to get in contact with this Company’s customer service and the states choosing to use them need to be made aware if this. File your complaint and let them know we don’t want this company involved with our money! The time frame to transfer funds are awful. I will not be using them anymore.

You can’t call from out of the country unless you have a US phone. Bank transfers do not work. Customer service reps are poorly trained and I’ll-informed.

App never works

This app is so difficult to use. I can’t even get past my username and password even though I registered and everything is correct. As a matter fact, it took me since March to activate the card. it’s difficult to get through to customer service on the card and the app is just ridiculous. I will not be using this app.

The app is easy to use for the most part. It won’t let me add an account to transfer funds in the app or even on the web which is frustrating. Half the time when I log into the app to check balance it’s down. It use to work more consistently.

I have been using this app for a few months now. And I have not had an issue with it. As of April 22nd 2022 now the app has to be updated. But when you go to the Apple store to update there is not an update button to use. So you go around and around in circles with the app. This needs to be fixed!!! Update!!! This app is the absolute worst thing to ever exist! You can’t talk to a live representative when you need too. There is always a problem with my transfers going into my bank account. When my payments use to go on the card it would easily get hacked and money stolen from it. The whole investigation process takes forever to get resolved. This is not a professional business.
