I went riding with some friends and put it in a location after use and it charged us 7 times and also did 8 transactions with credit then we try to call them and it went straight to voicemail and try to go on their website and didn’t work please don’t use this app unless you want to get charged and can’t get your money back

It would move even with showing charge. I had to push when it didn’t work I returned where I found it. I hope I don’t get charged. I’m going to try another one. I’ll update if it works.

I have tried to use this app on two separate occasions - both ended with technical difficulties. App is unable to verify my payment - which does not make sense because I prepaid and loaded $20 onto the app. Now I have money sitting in an app that I can not use to rent a scooter.

Tried three different scooters in Daytona. First one didn’t work at all. Second wouldn’t unlock. Third kept cutting out. This service is garbage. Got charged for the rides too. Will attempt a chargeback with my credit card company.

You join a monthly membership for $9.99 and they keep charging you every week including parking charges. I’ve lost $70 for 1 ride.

Terrible!!!!!!! These were so (kind of) fun at first, then very soon into the ride one of our three scooters became wobbly and unsafe, another one had the headlight go out. We barely used them and came close to the “red zone” on the map. Then they started saying they were going to call the police if we didnt put them down. So we did and I ended up getting charged over $150 for like 15 minutes of riding time. Company is unresponsive and unavailable. AWFUL EXPERIENCE

Absolutely horrible. All my friends and I were charged about $70-$100 for a 30 minute ride. The app keeps unauthorized charging us every 5 minute charges of $5-15. We had to cancel our cards in order to keep any money in our account.

My 16 year old son was in Treasure Island Florida last week for a few days. The day before he came home, I got a text message from our bank stating that they stopped a $639 charge from a GoScoot Scooter rental. So I look at his bank account and see 11 different transactions from this scooter rental “service”. They took a total of $243 out of my sons bank account. He didn’t even get to buy anything while in Florida or have any spending money cause this company drained his bank account! I’ve gone to their website 3 times to write to them and of course, I get no response. DO NOT USE THIS APP!

I was billed a total $112!! For 2 rides of 14 minutes. The customer service can’t give an answer about why this happened for when or if they will resolve the issue. The app would not lock the scooters at the ride and when I checked them outside my motel- 8 hours Later they will still unlocked and could be ridden away, GPS in app shows that I was at an appropriate drop off location BUT the app gave me an error that I could not leave the scooter at that location that is approved. Stay away!! The apps does not work properly, the billing is crazy, and customer support is AI auto responses.
