It’s fantastic they turn on a dime

Having only designated parking areas is not actually conducive to free riding where you need to go.

This is hands-down the worst scooter company I’ve ever used. If you’re in Waikiki, avoid them at all costs. Even if you manage to find one of their beat-up scooters that actually works, no matter how far you go, they’ll hit you with an outrageous fee. The scooters are in terrible shape—unreliable, uncomfortable, and barely functional. And with how many of them are scattered around Waikiki, you’d think they’d be a good option. Wrong. DO NOT USE Go X unless you’re ready for frustration and an empty wallet.

In Honolulu on Waikiki, my wife and I attempted to use these scooters after loading 20$ on to our account. All of the 5 scooters on the sidewalk never turned on and we never got our money back. There is no instructions on how to turn them on or how to operate. STAY AWAY!!

rented a scooter for a 5 mile ride. scooter started out saying it had 18 miles on it. went down to 11 after 2 miles ridden. (charged $15 for the 2 miles) then it kept turning off every 20 seconds. finally just gave up on it after trying to restart it 5+ times. it turned off by itself again and i went to put the kickstand up then it started saying it was gonna call the cops and was recording me. left it out of a zone (because it kept turning off on me) and i got charged $35. then they say ‘oh here’s a $25 off coupon for your next ride.’ no thanks.

I was in Honolulu Hawai when me and my boyfriend decided to try to use the scooters, but one of them was with the wheels in bad condition, and the other one had another problem or no charge. Anyway we paid 3 dollars for each that we tried to use and we don’t even use them, SO PLEASE DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY. The app wasn’t designed to make it easy for any kind of refund in case that happened.

They tried to make me return it to the same spot I picked the scooter up from. Other than that the scooter ride still sucked.

They kept charging me after I finished use the service. I rent this scooter in Honolulu 6months ago and I’m still being charged today!! SCAM!!

DO NOT USE THESE SCOOTERS!!! Take two minutes and google the reviews for this company. You will find that it is full of negative experiences. They are a literal scam. They don’t have a clear pricing page and they charge parking fees even when returned to the designated parking spots. Literally cheaper to use an uber (they charge $20 for a short 5 min ride). Don’t fall victim to their shenanigans like I did

The app is pretty horrific, I use probably monthly in Honolulu and every time it is a struggle to unlock a scooter. Not sure why I even try.
