GoToMyPC - Remote Access

Worked fine but now I have to re-install the app, every time I want to use it.

Been using GoTo for over 10 years, worldwide, on PC’s and iPad and it has been totally reliable. Don’t know what I would do without it.

Been using GTMPC for 5 years, a loyalty bonus would be nice :)

OK, I am not a techie but I just want to log onto my work computer. To do this I need to remember my email address (easy), my password (which is different from my work one) and an access code (effectively a second password). Why not just one password and why can’t this be sync to my office password. If extra security is required then use two factor authentication on my mobile. Of course, I can write the passwords on a piece of paper but that seems to defeat the object! Please make GoToMyPC easier for us non tech morons!

Am working in Spain and need to remote in to my desktop in the UK. I have three screens there. All show as one big screen, which is fine, but mouse pointer is way out for some programs such as Outlook and it can take ages just to save an attachment for instance because pressing on a button does nothing or even presses the wrong button. You have to move the mouse around until you see something highlight. Is basically guesswork. Is hard enough working remotely without these bugs but I am here now so don't have another option. NIGHTMARE!

I've used GoToMyPC for many years as an essential business tool to access my and staff computers when I am on the move. Sometimes I need to view files that cannot be shared between computers using other software, for security reasons. This App is vital for me. Reliability over many years has proved excellent, usability faltering only when internet connection is poor.

Mouse interaction is a nightmare. Please copy the mouse interaction from the “Windows” app (formerly RDClient). Theirs is so much more user friendly.

I have been using this since the day I found it. The cost has gone up significantly for the amount of use and the one computer I need access to but being a business owner I have many times had to work from home, the car, vacation……always felt safe logging into this site and getting work done. I have literally been across the globe and done payroll, helped employees or answered time sensitive questions. Also love that it will work with a printer anywhere you are. When something works I have a hard time wanting to try something else.

I have been using go to my PC since the day it started. I believe the iPhone interface is more intuitive and easier to navigate compared to the iPad. The iPad has a larger screen, of course, but the iPhone makes better use of its space. I recommend it heartily … I have been using it constantly for over 10 years.
