Downloaded everything to include the Gran ID to the wrong model 132, instead of 155. Isn’t there a factory reset?

The app was working fine before last release now it is unusable. Very frustrating as it renders the board useless as well. Fix your code it’s not the at hard - I can’t even log in on change password.

While casting using my iPhone It’s not letting me turn my mic on to talk. If I pic the option to go thru device I can but it doesn’t come thru the TV. Is there am option to be able to turn on my mic while casting.

Hello, can you please add a mute button for the opposing player/players? Or, fix the opponent volume bar. If you're playing remote doubles the opponent volume bar controls your teammate in doubles as well. A fix would be nice, some opponents are annoying and need the mute button! Thanks!

Every time we go into the tiebreaker our game crashes. We have uninstalled and re-installed. Made sure we have newest update. We have been playing for a couple years now. It gets worst with every update. Kinda ridiculous when you spend this kind of money on a board

So I got the board as a wedding gift. By far the best thing I’ve gotten in a while. All my friends either have one or are getting one and there are some small issues mainly audio and video lag but that’s expected. The only reason I don’t give 5 stars is that if I have a friend over and we want to play with another who is at his own house it forces us to play doubles against him rather than let us all be single players. If it let us all be single then I would give this a definite 5 stars as the small fixes are being worked on everyday and are expected with an app this size. Please add this feature so it makes it more fun for everyone

Update has kicked me out several times. Says to try again and again and again. Spent half my time trying to connect.

Online play is good so far only 01 or Cricket. Could add more online game modes. Random cricket/ Shanghai/ TicTacToe. Other than that pretty good 👍 hope more to come, as new updates come out.

I absolutely love my board. It’s one of my most cherished possessions as I work on the road and it provides me with hours and hours of fun when I’m not working and in a hotel in a far away from home place for months. I’ve made a ton of actual real life friends whom I may have never met in person but we hang out every day. The best dart board hands down in my opinion. The only reason I don’t give it 5 stars is because off line there are so many fun games to play local play , games I really enjoy playing but for some reason they’re not available online to play against the world. Multiplayer is stuck to simply 01 and cricket .If they could incorporate the local games in with the online play it would earn 7/5 stars
