Good product but has bugs on existing version
This software version has bus with Grandboard 3S, when you get a hat trick your connection gets disconnected and you need to reboot the board and reconnect again.
Great board and app!
Not sure what's with other users not able to connect and having errors with games, i've been using the granboard 3S for over a year and never had any issues (even powering it using a powerbank). Question and suggestion for developers: Will the character voices and paid video animations be coming back? I spent money to buy those and i really miss having them this update. Hope to get them back soon! Suggestion: To have some daily/weekly missions to complete with some form of currency rewards that can be used to buy background images/soundpacks etc will be fun.

This version works slightly better than ver 10.0.0 (the problematic version). At least I am able to reconnect the APP with the dart board if the Bluetooth connection dropped during the game. Its Bluetooth connection to the dart board drops almost after every throw !!! This kills the fun playing the game. All the previous versions (before ver 10.0.0) do not have this issue. Also, when the Bluetooth connection drops, I find the ‘reconnect’ and ‘stop connection’ options are redundant. For sure players would like to reconnect the APP with the dart board so that game can be continued. The support team should consider to make ‘reconnect to board automatically if the connection drops’ option available on settings screen. Any alternative APP works with GranBoard ? I want to change and forget about this silly APP totally.

バージョンアップする前はほぼ問題ないのに，アップしたら3Sでボタンはうまくいけないし，AWARD MOVIEもダサいし，変えないし，MATCHリプレイ出来ないし… すみません，結局何がアップしたんですか？ なぜ君たちのバージョンアップ イコール DARTSLIVE風のクソアプリになっちまたのよ？！ふざけないでください‼︎

Faulty Granboard
My Granboard have a issue and GRAN DARTS refused to do sent replacement
Buy at your own risk
I am extremely disappointed with ur support, ur product has an issue after firmware update, but there is no response or prompt help in resolving the issue, leaving the product useless, the cost does not suit the level of quality for your product, this will be the last time i am getting granboard I would suggest anyone to get granboard products at their own risk as if there is any issues, u will not be able to get any support
Improvement needed
Pls have a master mode in your half it and also update games like survivor to compete with DARTSLIVE
unable to load app
app doesnt load after first launch. only solution is the redownload app
