Great Wolf Lodge

We found the open hours for the pool and the restaurants were incorrect in the app as well as incorrect prices for food. Whenever I scanned the QR code to order food, it redirected me to the app rather than the website with the correct info. I deleted the app.

The AC unit keeps us up most of the night. The machine would squill from nowhere or sound like an awful windstorm throughout the night. Then, when we checked in, we were notified that the building was under repairs. So, with an awful night's sleep and then being woken up with drilling right in the morning, it's a good thing that we only stayed three nights.

Do not allow online check-in now a days.Unable to do web check-in.

Best place on earth to stay with kids food is absolutely amazing great staff can’t say enough worth every penny 🙌❤️🫶🏼👌

They push this app so hard. Everywhere you look they say the app is more convenient, better service etc. None of the app ordering works. To follow up, I opened a chat and got a late reply saying ‘it doesn’t work, you have to go order in person’. Why promote the app when nothing works?

The app only works the first time you open it after that you have to delete and reinstall over and over again each time you close the app

Keeps crashing

Will not load. Can’t click on anything after recent update. Only works when I delete and reinstall but stops working after I try opening it a second time.

The app worked as soon as I downloaded and entered my reservation number. If I left the app and tried to open it back up again, it wouldn’t! It would remain on the great wolf lodge screen! Frustrating! I deleted the app and tried again a couple times… same thing!

I’m returning to Great wolf lodge Niagara, Canada and had this wonderful App. Now it doesn’t work!!!! It’s sad because we’re in Canada?!
