Great Wolf Lodge

I went SO many times and there’s nothing better I can’t complain or even right ANY more. AMAZING EVERYONE SHOULD GO

The rooms were very clean. In fact I always saw the hospitality staff working hard to keep things clean for guests. Loved the bunk beds for our daughter. Very very cute and fun. Very comfortable beds. Shower had excellent pressure. I found the lodge easy to navigate. Everything is so well organized. The waterpark was very clean as well! It is not huge- but it has plenty to offer. There is also an outdoor pool- not huge- but very nice. Lots of staff watching over things and offering help whenever needed. We were especially impressed with the manager at the campfire kitchen and a new waiter there. Super kind- even took a picture for me of me my daughter. The waiter was fabulous. We also had a fantastic waiter at the barnyard restaurant. We were there after hours and he was so kind to us. I never felt rushed. The food was exceptional there. The lodge itself boasts many activities- including bowling, arcades, different food options, story time for kids, a ropes course, build a bear (bring your wallet and be prepared to spend a good chunk if you do this- but it was worth it for our little girl)….. and many many other activities. I would most certainly return and recommend to friends. We, in fact, want to return and invite friends to come with us! Worth the price for sure! My daughter was thrilled 🥰a big thank you to the staff there for being so wonderful. What a great experience!

What a shame you’ve turned this place into a money grab. Will not be back. We’ve been here so many times and to be treated so poorly is just sad

Had wonderful time with our pack

On the web it allowed me to sign in through my gmail account. I was able to make the booking successfully. But then the app doesn’t allow the same login flow. Adding my email address would result in an “account” not found error. Trying to aet a password on the web would not be possible coz it said my password was never set. Signing up another account using the email address on the app would make it a separate account while sharing the same email address with the account created by gmail. This is really messed up. I would expect the gmail login flow should work properly as it is too common nowadays. If you can’t make things work, don’t enable it as an option.

Here I am buying all the most expensive passes, there’s no Internet so I can’t get all the frees stuff/ rewards the app is talking about. I was supposed to get breakfast tickets never got them needless to say breakfast was awkward when the waitress was being a B charged us then had to go set the front desk straight came back and rubbed it in the rude waitresses face that I did in fact have the tickets…. Her excuse oh yea this happens all the time… what’s next.. Vending machines not working. One of the showers in men’s locker room doesn’t work. Let’s see the soda machine is timed so my kids being kids didn’t get to fully fill their cup OH and one of the flavor dispensers didn’t work also… I’m sure there will be. A lot more. They have a use it or lose it policy but can’t check status of your stuff because the app is down …

We have traveled and stayed at GWL in Concord NC, GWL in MD is larger, has more water activities as well as more affordable dining and activities inside. With a larger park comes more crowds. They had ten elevators which was better than the two at NC. There were accommodations that were free in NC that had to be purchased in MD, such as parking. Magic quest would need to be expanded for those staying multiple days, it was finished in about four hours broke up into two day. The Magic quest in NC had more quest, MD only had one. We love staying at GWL, it accommodates our family of five full of fun. We have a one son that is 8 years old and a set of twins that are three. The layout in MD allowed all of us to be within eye distance and still participate in the water actives the boys desired! We loved the unique rides at MD such as the lazy River, and the plunge, these rides were not at NC. Also the kiddy pool and slides were better for the twins, but the second day they had mastered the steps and slides to build a routine. Again we love GWL, see you at the next one.

Great times at great wolf lodge we’ve been migrating here with the wolf pack every year for a couple years now.. The cubs always look forward to the full moons here at great wolf lodge .. great activities, buffet and games 10 out of 10
