Doesn’t accurately or reliably update Apple health tracking data, food entry is very clunky and it keeps randomly asking me to set up a new account (I’ve had an account for 6 weeks)

Very frustrating app. I wished I had looked into it more before paying £99 for it. I found adding medicines taken each day very cumbersome. Adding blood sugar readings does not work properly. Adding food, I looked at that for 5 minutes and it is extremely time consuming which I dont have. I had the same frustrations with the website thinking that maybe that would be better. Videos i watched was good. I dont think I will be using the app for much longer. A wasted £99.

I have downloaded the app but go to open it and it just goes back to my Home Screen. Have deleted and downloaded app several times with no change. Advice please

Downloaded and doesn’t even open! Just crashes straight away on iPhone!!! Pointless!

Wont load on either my iPad or my iPhone. Quality control is obviously non existent. very poor.

Doesn’t register blood glucose results. Rubbish for a type 1! Not particularly intuitive. App may work better for people with plenty of spare time but I have deleted.

Downloaded and entered details then at subscriptions stage just says subscription can not be purchased?

I love the gro app! I received an email about it and decided to give it a try. I’ve always had problems sleeping since my daughter and was a bit cynical anything could help. Low and behold! It’s not a miracle cure but my sleep is less disturbed and I’m finding it easier to fall asleep with the body scan meditations. There’s live events each week that I’ve joined that I must admit have been delightful and I’ve made a few new friends too. It’s become a must have app for me. Ps. Please add fasting tracking! I’d really like that x

I can highly recommend this app to help with diabetes. Having very little help from my doctor I was left to research for myself which can leave you confused. This app is very easy to use, full of the relevant information you need and tailored to you. There are very clear goals to achieve and the tracking facilities make it very clear, very quickly, where you need to focus your attention. I especially enjoy the cooking videos and the whole sections on sleep and mindfulness and I can honestly say I haven’t come across any section of the app that hasn’t been educational. I feel confident that with the help of this app I will beat this disease. Please give it a try.

I’ve been using Gro from the start of the year, my daughter bought me a subscription after reading reviews and trying to find an app that could not only help with my mental health but also had a community of people to get help and support from. Can’t recommend this app enough. Doing the daily the mindfulness meditations and listening to the music to sleep to has had a noticeable difference to my anxiety and stress levels. Thank you.
