Not able to see last orders. App is crashing when checking the my order options. No response from support team. Worst app

App crash
When i am click on my order rhen app crashed
Useless app and useless vending machine.
Don’t use this app and vending machine. It is a junk machine and waste of time and money. Support service also pathetic.
Unable to use app
The app is not working since i changed phones. I have reinstalled the app twice it comes with an SSL error has occurred every time i t try to login

I am using this vending machine for 4 months now products are top notch quality. Just curious how many of these machines are there in NCR?
Pathetic
I ordered something from their vending machine and got stuck. When i called their customer service number, he asked me to email them as only they can help. I have the pic of that half stuck product and all. It is really hectic to first call them and they will route u to email department! THEIR MACHINE IS NOT TRUSTWORTHY! PLEASE DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!

Tried second time and got the same experience as first time…money deducted but not got the ordered food. Just pathetic!
