The app is not working since i changed phones. I have reinstalled the app twice it comes with an SSL error has occurred every time i t try to login

Paid and and product didnt come

I am using this vending machine for 4 months now products are top notch quality. Just curious how many of these machines are there in NCR?

I ordered something from their vending machine and got stuck. When i called their customer service number, he asked me to email them as only they can help. I have the pic of that half stuck product and all. It is really hectic to first call them and they will route u to email department! THEIR MACHINE IS NOT TRUSTWORTHY! PLEASE DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!

Tried second time and got the same experience as first time…money deducted but not got the ordered food. Just pathetic!

I wish I could provide -1000 stars.. worst service no response on phone or email.

I have been frequently using the app but the last time I used it. The software charged me money but didn’t vent the product. Very bad experience.

This is very poor App .No tracking option .Even customer care option is not reachable at all

The items (vegetables & other essentials) were not delivered, app notification said dispatched, fine line in the said notification mentioned cancelled. No refund received.
