Don’t waste your time or your money.The app is a headache all in its self. It’s delayed with tons of bugs. And I have random unknown devices popping up. I find it kind of funny that you have to subscribe to have any safety features for malware . Are these unknown devices popping up actually them trying to scare me into buying their subscription?

I used to use this app all the time. Suddenly I’m logged out multiple times per day. Getting logged back in constantly with one-time passcode to email and another minute waiting for sync. It’s not user friendly anymore.

No customer service and found their faq page hacked in Latin They do not have a chat function— only directs you to the phone number which is answered by a machine and they sometimes return the call Always begging for investment money in their emails It has been one long and horrible experience Don’t waste your time or money

I purchased this produce in May 2024. It took about 6 weeks for the company to ship the product. They stated they did not know it had not shipped. Because we were busy for the summer, I waited to install it. When I tried to install it the “easy install” feature did not recognize their QR code. I have made 8 calls to tech support with no answer and no return call. They state they will call you back in the order the call was received but they don’t call back and there is no option to wait on an agent. The product is still not working. I strongly recommend not purchasing this product unless you just want a device that does not work.

Please fix the issue when setting bedtime, suspend, etc. that will not allow Friday to be selected. It’s a free-for-all on Friday in our household! Also, when you suspend from 2am until 10am it says, “2am is before 10am .” Yes.. the next day!

I really want to like this router. There’s nothing else out there that quite compares. I’ve looked and searched the Internet for reviews of several different devices that try to do parent controls and things there’s no button that says activate even if it is already active, it never says activate, you get suspend suspend in five minutes suspend in 15 minutes. Will the internets not working on that device so what in the world is going on on the homepage? How about just make a nice simple button that says Internet for instead of having to try to figure out what Group is not working or what’s going on Group make three categories that you put things in and always on category category that turn on and off and one that’s always blocked. Then you can talk on everything that’s in the category that can turn on or off and you can see the devices that are in those grouped categories. Well still maintaining the other groups real life scenario happens frequently. Hey dad, the Internet, not working. I’d like to turn it on, but it appears that Group is already turned on sorry kids don’t know why you don’t have Internet that stinks. Maybe I should switch my router, but I really like the features turn off the Internet.

I setup the system as per the directions. The app is working great and serves the intended purpose. We are very happy with it.

I love gryphon and the router/service but the app won’t even open without crashing

Unknown devices continuously connecting into network that can not be blocked as it has reoccurred for over a yr, and it is a Cloud Singapore Device that I believe is morphing and disguising itself as the primary network. Concept is incredible and so needed. Software after a few years of using and "three attempts" to reload today only, definitely buggy. Still hopeful the reviews will be read and the team will utilize the talent they have in place address it with transparency and resolve. Early on they really took notice to concerns and reports, now, not so much!

The whole reason I got this was to set screen time limits. It failed miserably. The app would clearly say my daughter was out of screen time as I sat there watching her play games on her iPad. My kids got unlimited screen time as I tried to work with support to figure it all out. I finally got so frustrated I gave up and went back to managing screen time with the Cox Wi-Fi app. That one at least works.
