Hard to connect with your phone, i did everything the instructions said even watched it on you tube!

I waste of money. I cant able to connect to any devices. I purchase new updates songs but now i cant even use it. It's a scam! I ordered online last december they did not even updated any new songs!

Can’t scan barcode to connect to machine so a waste of time. Multiple version upgrades and still can’t scan or use.

Disappointed that the app does not work. Especially as it offers such potential.

Can not connect the videoke to the smart phone, I have tried and tried and tried. I have been able to connect the wi-Fi to the video game however unable to connect the phone.

Doesn’t allow to connect with previous Grand Videoke clouds like SMP-270W Concerto cloud media players

Ever since they change to this TJ app. I never successfully connect my devices. Before the GV app it was easy as scanning the QR code. Now, we have to use search or use the book. 600$ for a useless app. Dont recommend any of this anymore.

The new App TJ smart song list/Aria TjSmartlist is not working and doesn’t paired to my karaoke machine.. but this GV smart Apps works perfect. Pls continue this app and let us use it .. coz now this 3 apps doesn’t work anymore .

THE APP iTSELF IS SO SLOW

I love the ability to not rely on the song book and use my phone to add songs. However, the app should not kick out users every time they connect. It seems pointless to try to connect to the machine, only to be kicked out and try to scan the QR code to connect. Please address this.
