The application is easy and convenient, but it needs an update as it works very slowly and freezes most of the time. I hope the issue gets resolved, and more attention is given to the app because it takes a lot of time.

I had high hopes when I initially enrolled with Gymnation. They promised the gym would be open within a week, and based on that, many of us signed up including my friends. Unfortunately, the reality was far different. We were made to wait for months, and every time we called, they kept extending the opening date with no clear answers. When the gym finally opened, there were no onsite trainers, which was a significant part of what they had promised. It’s clear now that many of their commitments were just fake promises to get people to sign up. To make matters worse, when I requested to cancel my membership due to the poor service, they refused to refund my money and even asked for an additional fee to process the cancellation. This has been the worst experience I’ve ever had with a gym. I would not recommend Gymnation to anyone. Save yourself the frustration and go elsewhere!
