Hammock | Landlord Accounting

I tried for a year and it started okay. Then came unresolved transactions, duplicate entries on bank feeds etc. Good idea overall but needs more work to be of any help to a busy landlord. For now it adds complexity to property management.

Honestly, loved the App, easy to keep tabs on all my properties, bank feeds were fab and I could track and categorise income and expenses. Then came the app update. Now it no longer remembers your login details nor uses face recognition to login. Wants me to create a 5 digit PIN code which after creating then doesn’t fails to recognise it so asks for it again. Login now take you to Hammocks website which doesn’t remember passwords so you’ve got to enter your username and password everytime you want to use the app and switching between App and a bank (that isn’t on an auto-feed) closes the app and you’ve got to start all over again. Then the notifications, randomly started sending me emails and notifications all the time despite notifications turned off and they weren’t even relevant.

Like the idea, but it doesn’t support metro bank when I try to connect it to my bank account. Also on the mobile app (iPhone) the date toggles are in black so you can’t actually see the numbers/months to pick them. Tried to enter my card details to subscribe but it didn’t send auth request to my bank so couldn’t approve. Will persevere on the free trial but so far a few features not working as expected.

Love it. Really helpful for keeping track of rental income either directly or from estate agents... and helps with tax too...! Keep up the good work guys 👌🏻
