How is this app rated 4.4? Constantly freezes, lack of feedback, poor integration with their other parking portal websites which are required for some places of work. Short of password resets, technical support is non existent.

Always error useless app

This is the worst parking app. Slow clunky UI. Can’t search by code. Doesn’t use password manager. Garbage.

You are an app that is used for smartphones. Why no Apple Pay? Many other parking apps have this feature. Pretty basic for app developers. Figure it out!!!!

How can I know how long I will stay! How can I extend when I am overdue? No explanation

Horrible. Tried to get it to work. After more than 5 minutes gave up and parked at a Green P

Seems to log me out for no specific reason… Insists on having expired credit cards as the primary card and won’t allow me to delete them… Parking is not refundable by the number on the poster and is only intermittently findable by the name… It’s just an absolutely terrible app andI heave a big size of tortured pain every time I see that it is the only option

Just another poorly designed app designed to profit seek. Oh well, gotta park I guess.

This is one of the worst parking apps out there. It’s incredibly cumbersome and difficult to use. I just wasted 15 minutes of my time trying to make it work.
