Idk why I can’t seem to click on the lots I want to park in. I’ve only successfully been able to do it once, no other lots seem to load. The app is basically unusable.

Why not just use a real app like PayByPhone instead of being cheap Impark and making this pile of trash?

My account doesn't delete. I've been trying for an hour and its still there. Also there is no Log Out feature.

Incredibly hard to find a lot. Searching by lot number does not work and even worse by description of a lot is not always correct either. Setting the vehicle requires you to tap a number of times to ensure it’s the correct vehicle. Real lousy mobile app, highly recommend to not use if possible.

As soon as you try to go to your app it takes you to a confirmation page and tricks you to verify and then keeps trying to charge you $3.

The app could not verify or find this lot Yet the number is clearly written on the board. All the app showed was Surrey Memorial Arts It is disconcerting not being sure of the lot I paid for. I still paid and parked as I had to get to my wife who had surgery. Thanks Bob

App works well but would be more convenient if it could use Apple Pay instead of making me key in a CC number.

Parking cost more in the app than it does on machine. Abs machine doesn’t accept tap. Not user friendly app either
