Search function doesn’t even work properly

Very complicated and not friendly. Ciao

If you select the wrong vehicle from your list, there is no way to change the vehicle or exit the current parking to enter a different vehicle.

The app is quite good. Easy to setup and use but there’s no indication until you go to use it that they charge a fee. I have to come to the hospital every day so going forward I will take 2 minutes and just purchase the parking ticket through the pay machine.

This app needs so serious upgrade. neither the user interface nor the backend are working

Charges a day rate if you select one hour instead of the one hour rate.

How this app/company has contracts with so many parking lots around the city is astonishing. Every time I try to pay with it, something else goes wrong. First my account was locked for whatever reason, then it wouldn’t show me parking rates, now it won’t let me pay. Save yourself time and use the physical terminal.
