Hapbee Sleep & Health Wearable

As another reviewer mentioned, I paid the high price to have all signals and have had them until this latest update where only two are available and not the two I would choose either!! I also have had lots of trouble and discomfort as the original Hapbee was one size for all and my head is larger so painful trying to wear around neck which is preferred as on top is unstable and leaves unsightly marks on one’s forehead 😡 I really wanted this to work and the deep work signal was what I really wanted along with deep sleep - the others were a bonus but sadly it looks as though the device has had its time - a very poor investment unless access to all signals and blends returns OR at the very least the two I would choose as my base choice as they call it. Sadly based on my experience, I would have to suggest avoiding this device.

So I’ve found the Hapbee device very useful to improve my sleep and focus. I paid the premium price ($800) 4 months ago which meant I didn’t have to sign up to the subscription service. Now I only have access to 2 blends when I’d previously had access to all of them! The app is saying they’re not part of my subscription. Why on earth did I pay so much extra to have such a radical change in service a matter of few months later. Leaves me feeling this company is dishonest, underhand and overall I feel cheated!

So perhaps, like the only other reviewer on here to date, I found the device and app quirky to say the least. I often played signals but couldn’t id the signal I was receiving.. (I even wondered if I was being conned too) However I persevered Alert & Focus did do something as did Calm or Relax- but I couldn’t tell the difference. As for Sleepy it didn’t! But that all changed when it was replaced recently by Deep Sleep, which really did do what it said on the tin. Several times it’s doubled my deep sleep. (On my Oura) Currently you can only do this for up to 4 hours, an update to increase that to 6-8 would be brilliant- especially in the middle of the night when I struggle to reconnect app to Hapbee.. New signals coming soon, maybe I’ll be more impressed....

Beware of them. They sent me two faulty devices (and now that I looked into this company - the devices that work actually don't work either). Yesterday, found a charge from them of 155$. First, they ignored my email stating that their second device doesn't work, too (original device wasn't working as well and it was returned, I had to pay a processing fee to send it back). And now, instead of sending a refund, they charged me once again for their "signal subscription". I personally hope the shame from this enterprise will stick to Scott Donnell, Pat Murray, Brian Mogen, Chris Rivera, Charlie McNerney, Rob Dzisiak, Mark Timm, Michael K. Matysik, Dave Asprey, Jim Kwik, Kevin Harrington, Joe Polish, Lisa Cini, Holland Chen, Lee Richter, Mark Young, Matt Stang, Martin Tobias, Roland Rick Perry & everyone who advertised it for their lifetimes and they won't raise a penny in investments ever again. What an awfully disgusting company🤮

I was selected to be part of a Beta Study for the Hapbee Mat. All good UNTIL study is over and I am now charged a FEE! I did not sign up for anything after the Beta Study. Check your bank statements and make sure you aren’t being charged for the APP.

Simple to use. No issues at all with connections to pad after logging in on APP. Best thing ever!

It says the link is invalid every time I try to reset my password. Giving you guys a one star so you respond but believe that this device will be amazing.

I am overall enjoying using the app but the app has some connection issues that still need to be resolved as the device has trouble connecting and staying connected. The developer should make it possible for the user to create their own routine and combine the signals and set them to play. For example I don’t want melatonin all night and would rather explore switching between the different chemicals through the night to see how my deep/rem sleep reacts.

I use it for sleep under my pillow (use the pad it’s way more effective). And I put on my work chair under my back for relaxing muscles as well as focus. Thanks for creating this!
