Bad quality food and unqualified customer service

Hardees is scamming customers they increase the price on the menu and side of the price they put a higher price and cancel it to make it seem the increase price is a promo

Horrible service I made an order in 21 Jan from the app and I paid it online and everything was fine and after 2 hours they cancelled the order and till now I didn’t get my cash back!!!!

The app content doesn’t load and I can’t view anything. I can’t view photos of sandwiches and other stuff.

فراخ بتاعتهم بقت معفنة و بيوصلو طلبات ناقصة و بكامل علمهم، اتصلت على نفس الرقم الي كان بيتابع معايا بعد استلام الطلب بس مفيش رد لانهم شوية نصابين ، فرع مدينة نصر

The app signed me out, when I tried to login it said it sent me an “OTP” to my phone number which I never received though I tried multiple times then I tried to request an OTP to my email, I received it after more than an hour but when I tried to use the code again I couldn’t sign in I called the customer service number ( they drained all my phone minutes and the last online customer service senior hanged up on me which I am sure is not in your policy and procedure manual I complained to customer service about it Hope to hear back from you with a response and credit for the bad app, customer service online manager and for the grievance
