This was to be for beginners. This was to be chair yoga. This is not meant for beginners . I am deeply disappointed.

Quick support response
I had problems following the app workout on my mobile and asked Alice for support. I was able to use the ‘screen mirroring’ from my iPhones quick access view to broadcast my phone and the HARNA app to full size on my tv screen. Thank you
scam
this app is scam, i registered for wall pilates because they had a deal and looked like a good app, then i get an email with two bills and the second one is a bigger charge for coaching and meal plan i never wanted. i contacted customer support right away got a response they would look at refund then next day i get an email says no refund but they can give me 3 extra months of something i didn't want in the first place. don't trust this app.
Billing
If you're signing up for the free trial make sure you cancel it before it ends. Otherwise, these greedy people won't give me my refund and they don't even notify you when and how much they're gonna charge you. Such infuriating app and team.

Be careful when subscribing. You may think it’s just bringing you along the way, choosing ex:face yoga (no extra price was indicated) once you’ve subscribed but it’s another charge. And when you contact them within 20 minutes from error (once looking on my credit card), there policy is not to refund.
Beware of unwanted changes
Big scammers!!! I tried the Harna app during the trial period, but they charged my account without my consent afterward. The subscription fee was exorbitant for me, so I immediately unsubscribed and reached out to their customer service via email for assistance. Unfortunately, I received no response. Three months later, they charged me again, despite my unsubscribing. The app offers no clear way to view subscription or purchase history, making it difficult to manage my account. This experience feels like a scam, and I strongly advise potential users to be cautious before trying this app.
nice workouts- bad customer service
Although I very much like the somatic work it plan I ordered- the customer service I received when I made a mistake in my purchase was very unsatisfying and I will be cancelling my subscription when the initial time finishes. As well, it’s not possible to skip ahead t in a workout if you would like to change your ‘ rest day’ . Overall I’m disappointed with the inflexibility of the app and the service.
