Unacceptable
This is my very first review on the Apple store ever. I am so dissappointed in this App and the way I can’t get rid of it. I have tried every possible way (short of phoning), as I cannot reverse the subscription, cancel it, get my money back. There were also other ‘options’ added onto the plan, that I paid for, and never even wanted I have not even USED it.
Not even worth 1 star
I am truly disappointed!! A 10-16min workout a day even if done every day will not make you loose weight. Promising a money back gaurentee, but saying how many hoops you have to jump through for them just to consider them paying you back. On top of that, they scam you by selling a three month reduced subscription and deducting it twice from my account. When logging a support query about it, they just closed the ticket without any respone.
Illegal debting
I did not sign up for any subscription nor do I have an account with both HARNA or BetterMe yet my account was debited a significant amount. This is illegal boarding on stealing. I await correction of this ridiculous scam. Be weary of such apps as they are advertised everywhere.
Do not use this app !
Bought the initial subscription but it immediately takes you to a page of add ons . I was trying to scroll out and my account as immediately debited with almost double the amount from add ons that I did not want ! Disgusting .
This is a SCAM
This app is a scam. Please do not give them your card information otherwise they will STEAL your money. Have lodged a dispute with my bank to get my money back! Look at their ratings on trustpilot and elsewhere. PLEASE DON'T FALL VICTIM LIKE ME
Consumer Beware! Scam
I joined on 11/24/2024, canceled 12/05/2024. Harna charged me a renewal on 12/23/2024 and refuses to refund me for this erroneous charge. Been fighting over email for days. DO NOT DOWNLOAD!
Wrongly Renewed subscription
I canceled my subscription over a month ago and Haran renewed it for another month anyway. Subscription was supposed to end 12/23 and they charged me for another month, despite canceling on 12/5. BEawARE of fraudulent charges and deceptive business practices. Reporting the company to Apple, my bank and the BBB.
Subscription trick
The app is set up to trick and sign you up for services you didn’t request. Do not sign up for anything with this app. Original price was $15 first month then goes up to 39.99 and if that was not bad enough and deceptive they pile on a $49 fee for consultations first month then goes to $99. If the app is any good I don’t know but just the fact of the way I felt tricked I could not recommend.
