Not sure if this can be considered as a functioning app when picture are most often not visible. It’s sad how parents much be excited to see their babies photo updates but waste time scrolling up and down pictureless page.

Forced to use this app with bad user interface. Very bad and glitchy app. Especially in the broadcast of messages. Very laggy overall and crashes often. Navigation between tabs is very glitchy and sometimes doesn’t allow us to select certain areas. Errors encountered: 1. Unable to load announcement 2. Unable to load attachment 3. Announcement not in date sequence 4. Chat unable to load 5. Message unable to send 6. Photos not loading / unable to download all 7. Others

The photo gallery not working, when it’s swiped the picture are always misaligned and sometimes not showing

Messages does not give notifications which is the primary use of this app? Now even the photos are in a mess, can’t scroll them properly and scroll to one photo click download but become another photo? Worse app ever

Parents cannot send photos or videos in the chat. Please fix this.. thank you. Edit as of May 2024: this seems fixed, but “Download all” button from Media upload by teachers dont work anymore.. i will give 2 stars from the previous 1 star. Hope the “download all” button will be fixed soon.

App is always laggy, and lately clicking on the media tab causes the entire app to shut down. Can’t view pictures. And loading announcements frequently shows ‘error in loading’.

Hi, I’m unable to download my child’s photos since start of this year. The download all function doesn’t work. Please help.
