Last few to jump at lumihlen and it won’t work ! Frustration

I can’t say anything good about this app, on several occasions I have had messages come up saying I’m not a subscriber despite the fact I’m being billed as such, when I email to complain they just tell me I am a member.. but no resolution. When I am able to access it, it’s near impossible to navigate and searches don’t even show what I’m looking for. Original content is also naff and dated with poor production quality

I have given 3 stars reasons being is the clunky and impractical layout of the smart phone app. It’s near impossible to find what you want to watch from the menu layout!! H&C can you please resolve this issue

The app and tv streaming delivers an error message if ever I try to watch something. Inspite of this i am unable to cancel a subscription ... to a channel i cannot access! The customer service is dreadful

Keeps coming up with General Error when I try and watch things.

Not working at all. Tried to log in to watch London international horse show and wouldn’t let me after I paid

Been unable to access live events for London international horse show via phone app or smart tv - no resolution from support centre coming up with something went wrong message or code 422 - 😞

I’m afraid to say the new updated version of this app is awful. I can never get it to fully load whether I am on wi-fi or using my data. The only thing I can get to work is the live events. There is no search function to find what you are looking for either. The old app wasn’t great but at least I could eventually find and watch everything I wanted too.

Running on an iPad, since the last update it refuses to open, simply get a never ending refresh icon and a message saying failed to load. Really shabby guy’s, quite simply isn’t fit for purpose and a very poor customer experience 🤷‍♀️ I never write reviews, I’ve waited a month for it to be sorted, someone should be shot for letting this loose on your user community.

So unnecessarily stressful to use, logging in takes me about 2 hours every time, I have to reset my password about 4 times and then it will say I don’t have a subscription on my TV but works fine on my phone. Lots of subscriptions should mean you’d have this all sorted by now!
