It would be nice if you can list your medications with a reminder process of when to take them

Had hoped that this app would have improved with age. What great expectations I had. Don’t bother thinking to use this Australian app for health conditions because unless it is the most basic, there is no result. I thought to get information here on a skin disease that my elderly mum and I have both very recently been diagnosed with. Bit scary as this disease is regarded as non-hereditary. It is a nasty skin disease comes in multiple types and yes while treatable is not curable. But no results and searching under skin brings up little to no information for me. Thank the heavens for overseas websites/apps to supply me with more info. Pick up your game, it surely can’t be that hard

This app is supposed to be accessible to anyone but as a vision impaired person who uses large fonts on my devices, the app is close to unusable with large fonts. iOS device have built in accessibility features including allowing apps to use dynamic font sizes for vision impaired people.

Followed all instructions. Created account. Entered all correct MyGov info. Message: Not connected Sorry we were not able to connect to My Health Record. Please try again and be sure to select 'Allow'. But I DID select Allow

I’ve been using this app for a few years now and I have found it informative and helpful. However, since I installed the latest update (May 2023) I have not been able to open the app beyond the introduction screen. HealthDirect, please fix this.

This App is hopeless. The password validation when creating doesn’t work unless you put a special character at the start of the password. Also, when trying to connect to myGov, it just gets stuck in a loop. It passes me to myGov; I successfully sign in; then it passes back to the App saying I need to authorise, which has been done in the first step I’ve worked as a CIO for large corporations for many years, with over 25 years in the technology industry. It is obvious to me that testing is totally inadequate. For a Federal Govt entity with $300 million of income, this is totally inadequate. I shudder to think how poor your cyber security must be. Is this going to be the next data leak / hack to embarrass the medical industry?? Get it together!
