I’ve been asking for over 12 months for the app to be fixed. I keep deleting my read messages and then as if by magic, there they are again when I go back to my inbox. The app has been updated several times since I initially raised it and been assured that it was being addressed. Well it ain’t!

There’s an issue with this version 4.4.5

Ever since the new update and the changes in the app, for some odd reason the rated reviews from client’s number in total is not showing properly both “in my profile “and “view profile” section. It is not updating as it should be. Client’s comment is not updating either! Update: More issues arise, When making changes to “limitations” via auto sign feature. It just shows white screen? You cant even make changes at all! And why does the app keep logging me out now? It is annoying having log back in with email and password all the time. What’s the point having the face ID?

The app is so unstable

This app works when it wants to work and it’s a constant prayer it does not fail when it is needed. The current issue I have is I have to manually log into the app each time I exit or shut it down. As in literally type my email and password. Sometime it doesn’t let me pick up a shift. The engineering team need to do a lot more.

App keeps crashing when you try to contact support team

The app is not working well. The live chat keeps crashing when ever you try to chat with a member of staff. Please resolve as soon as possible.

I don’t get notifications through my iPhone after the new update. Can this be fixed
