Tried multiple times on different days but it always errors out on last step in creating an account. FIX IT!

Now disabled and not working.

This app is so broken I can’t even create an account without a server error

First question asks where you live. I put in Oregon and it shows 2 choices for Oregon. Nothing happens no matter what I choose.

As another reviewer noted I completed surveys but can’t log back in to the app. The password reset doesn’t work.

The initial surveys never had me set up a user account so when I received the kit in the mail and went to login, I couldn’t. There is no support option. there is no way to reset password since it doesn’t work. there is no way to sign up for new account.

Used HOP to get free genetic testing and found out I have one of the breast cancer genes. As a result, I had a preventative mastectomy and reduced my risk of getting breast cancer from 60% to 1%. Thank you HOP!

When I try to sign up, in the app, and join the study, i cannot get past the screen for Oregon. It gives me a screen to choose what state I live Iin. When I do, it takes me to another screen that lists Oregon there 3 times. When i choose any of them, nothing happens. I can’t get past that screen to finish registering,

App is useless if you cannot log in.
