It has been 3 days and still not working
App keep saying “offline” nothing wrong with my cameras! Hope I can switch to a different app no customer support to contact and very hard to deal with!
Username or Password Incorrect
No it is not! How can it let me "successfully add a device", via username and password, then when it start to connect to the device it says the "username or password is incorrect". I reset everything and retried several times to give the app the benefit of the doubt. I made sure the password was correct by changing it to a simple number then changing it back to what it was on the NVR, then restarting the NVR. No more Heimvision for me thanks.
Not working-Apple issues?
This app is no longer working to bring up my camera feed on my Apple devices. It continually says “Device offline”. Works fine with our Android phones, so I know it actually is still connected to the network properly.
App crashes at start up screen
After update last week 1/15/23 , app on iPad iOS9.3.5 MC707LL/A crashes as soon as it loads. Reinstalled app and Reset iPad. Issue still persist .
Horrible
This app literally will not allow me to register my stuff. There’s no technical support. Waste of my money to even have the cameras and the app doesn’t work
I can’t see my cameras
I’m not able to see my cameras when I’m not home. It says offline. There is no point in having this camera when I can’t see
Garbage
This app is garbage. Half the time it doesn’t show it recorded anything and the other half when it finally does show me it takes ten years to watch a video. Good cams but awful awful awful app. I wish they would make a whole new app that actually worked.
Don’t buy
Worst app ever, worst security ever, waste of my dam money. The app is filled with so many glitches it’s not even funny. Cant even get customer service to help. Cant even get a phone call or tech support to help with the issues, they just continue to send you screenshots and emails with little to no information. Worst purchase ever. Cant even get my money back. This is the stupidest security app ever. Don’t waste your money!!!!
Question for everyone? Has App been fixed yet?
I read all reviews. Is everyone still having problems with the App crashing? I really want this to work!
