App functionality worse than the other auction sites, at least for sports cards. And then, your item will take weeks to ship. Horrible speeds.

This app and the ones it’s directly connected to are so informative and helpful in identifying-and hopefully selling my coins!

The website is very difficult to navigate, sort, bid, search, overloaded with ads and information. Heritage should try to mimic eBay since many use their platform.

Paid over 1000 in “buyers premium” and shipping and can’t get my order shipped

Buyers premium is a joke. The fees should be on the seller.

The site works great on my computer but the app on my phone does not work like it used to. It continuously gets stuck in a spinning mode and continues like this until I eventually leave the site. This happens most times I try to use the app.

As you scroll through auction catalog app continues to freeze as you get further into the catalog.

You’re missing a few things before you do the auction. Is this a real auction or is it just bunch of Pollard?

Always amazing things on here n you just gotta be on the look out for them and its cool to see the historic material being auctioned off such as vintage comics and animation cels.
