Frustrated
I have downloaded and redownloaded this app. Over the last few months it seems both my husband and I have issues where we can’t even get into it. Especially right when I need to check on monies in an account, then I’m not able to get into it. Christmas was crazy no one on staff to reset my mobile app, so I could get back into it again, so had No Clue how much I had in my accounts to buy or not buy!!!!!! They need to have an after hours staff person to take care of issues!!! I also use my thumb print sign in and for some reason the app is changed and then my thumb print won’t work again. So have to keep removing app and reading it monthly!!! This is crazy!!! We have banked with you all a long time m, hate to change but this is ridiculous!!!
