How come this app cannot retrive any corporate account, and CS told me to uninstall the app, then suddenly the app i cannot download or install, this app really not reliable.
i wonder what is the point of developing this app. Serves no purpose at all and only gives u frustration.

I had a consult at 9am, I picked medication to be delivered between 9am-12pm, no medicine past 12:35pm I called to check where’s the medicine, they ask me to check my door step after they told me medicine been picked up, would I not check when I need the medicine?!!! Then tell me to wait for another 2 hours! This is medication, not food delivery! Outrageous!!! Do not use this service at all!!
I am 60 year old, born in 1963! When i fill in my DOB, the system only licking in me in 2023! I HAVE NO TIME TO USE THE BACK ARROW TO GO BACKWARD, 60years x 12 times, how many times ui need to press backward? Not even a back arrow to choose the year! I was unable to key in my year! Because the system is lock in only in 2023 Nov!

New users unable to find Clinic code … clinic and code can be in drop down menu
I made a consultation and the doctor was annoyed, saying that my consultation requires a physical visit to the doctor. She then cancelled my consultation.
Although all fields were filled up, it still showed the error message Please complete all required fields. And can’t proceed to move forward. It happened in iOS 11 Pro version 16.3.1. Hope it’ll be fixed soon.
