Heyfood - Food Delivery

Heyfood takes forever to receive your payment that you must have starved or lost interest in the said food before you even get the most disturbing message of sorry for the inconveniences. Hunger and delayed food have no business with inconveniences. It’s either i get the food or better still just don’t use that app. Their service is whack!

Your rider rejects orders making it so long to get my food delivered. Imagine having my food delivered 2hrs after I ordered. The food would’ve been super cold already

Ordered food from a place that’s 10 minutes away from my location and it took over an hour without any reason or explanation. I had to keep messaging support and all they could say is a driver is assigned to your order. The m*ssed up rider finally picked up my call after several attempts and telling me to wait additional 20 minutes for something that shouldn’t even take more than 15 minutes in the first place. Making me wait 2 hours for a 15 minutes food delivery. Use them at your own risk because you won’t get any refund or your order. It might not happen with the first but surely you’ll experience it. Worst service ever received

Great work satisfying the Nigerian Market

Y’all need to work on your delivery schedule. The way you handle deliveries sucks I must tell you. I’m uninstalling this app right away!
