I lost my 223 SAR while booking. Application charged my CC $61 and closed with an error. Now unable to login my account. Beware of this and don’t buy tickets online, you might lose your money. There is NO customer support at all. I can’t contact anyone for my refund. WORST EXPERIENCE.

It doesn’t start & keep on crashing.

This app doesn't let me login. When I make a new account, it says I already have one. Clicking on the forget password never emails the password reset link. As a result, it's pretty hard to keep track of your upcoming travels. A great service (though getting expensive now), but poor app.

One star given as I couldn’t rate it lower than that. Failed to register my account although I tried multiple times. Very very slow. Same as their website. I uninstalled it within minutes of installing it.

Worst experience

I am not able to login. Tried the forgot password option, no email is received at my registered email. Very poor app!

في البداية كان كويس لكن دحين بس احجز وما يمديني اسوي تسجيل دخول يطلعلي error مهما غيرت في الايميل او حطيت خيار نسيت كلمة السر كل مرة يطلعلي error وللاسف ما يار زي زمان يمديني اضيف الحجز في الApple pay
