The app itself is good for booking and status checks. However I cannot add the ticket with QR code to the Apple wallet. It throws an error saying unable to fetch mobile ticket. I had to go to the counter to print that. If this is fixed then this is super efficient and self sufficient app.

Money got deducted and no confirmation of tickets. Also I am not able to login to this app now

I downloaded the app and booked Mecca to Madinah ticket. As soon as I typed in the OTP for payment and clicked submit some error popped up. Neither I got any ticket confirmation code nor any message or email that my ticket is confirmed. Payment has been deducted from my card and I have been following up with HHR Customer care but no response. Requesting the response team to please revert.

Please don’t pay through it. You will not verification code. You will be unable to login. Your money will go. No way to refund. Very difficult to register. They ask you lot of things, finally after spending lot of time you will get error message. Worst app I have used ever.

Can not login, asking for verification of email. But not received so far .

Very poorly designed app. After the sign up there was no indication that email verification would be required. While I tried to login, a pop up suggested that email verification would be required. I have been waiting for the verification email endlessly, there is no such email in my inbox. I hope someday a genuine professional gets to overhaul the app.

One star given as I couldn’t rate it lower than that. Failed to register my account although I tried multiple times. Very very slow. Same as their website. I uninstalled it within minutes of installing it.
