The app itself is a good idea but how I have problems with notifications (I don’t get them at all, even though they are on) is just urgh. Also there’s literally no sound if I join a class with my mobile Internet on instead of WiFi, which makes the experience of using the app 100 times worse How long should I wait for you to fix it? I already wrote a message to your support team

There are no any possibilities to create ONE account and login from different devices. You can login from computer through Kakao, but you cannot login in the app in the same way. If you add password in your profile, it's just not saved. If you create a new account (by email and password) there is the same situation, you cannot save password. Thus, you cannot login from another device or just re-login. If you try to reset password, you'll receive THIS: "No password was found registered to this e-mail address. Is it possible that you registered using different e-mail address? Or maybe signed in with an SNS Login?". But you cannot ADD a SNS, you can only CREATE ANOTHER ONE ACCOUNT and if you change your email you still won't be able to reset password. And you are able to delete your account only from the app... in which you cannot login...

Can’t even get past the first screen where you put your native language, language you wanna learn, etc. Even tried deleting the app completely and redownloading it and nothing.

It’s just as described and I enjoy using that app come in handy for learning different languages too I give it 5 stars hand down

I have been using this app for a while today bew update came out and as the app suggested me to update i did but after that the app would kick me out by itself like it won’t let me in this app at all... this is really disappointing. Im not able to use this app anymore. Can you guys please look into it and fix this issue.

I’ve been using this app on and off for months now and I’ve had almost no bad experiences with any of the people except for today. I was talking to two great people and then another person comes in calling us stupid Americans and literally just yelling about how they hate Americans. As soon as they left a Korean person came in yelling “black American black American” and then left. How am I supposed to report them while in the call I they leave so quickly???? How am I supposed to give proof???? The worst part is after the call you can see the table history and after I reported one account I tried to report another but the table history was gone. (Not that reporting it would do a nothing anyways) but I wasn’t able to even block the two people who thought discrimination was funny. The app was doing so well until I saw how they handle those type of people and now I’m pretty frustrated with hilokal smh. Do better.

If you’re Black or gay or both. Prepare to be harassed by dozens of Middle eastern men who beg you for nudes and call you every single slur on the voice chat if you don’t comply! Don’t bother reporting it, they don’t moderate the voice tables so you’ll be left in the audience while some guy in Algeria berates you for either your race or sexuality before hoping in yet another unmoderated DM to berate you some more.

Content creator studywithgya got banned from this app for “racism” even though she never has said anything and experienced racism herself!! She even has the proof but they did not believe her or her friends and got her banned FIX YOUR APP!!
