Hippo Magic

These books are great. My nephew loves them. We have 4 books already and at the very beginning when I first bought these books, the app worked well, but over time it doesn’t recognise the hippo logo on the pages. It detects the cover and then fails to scan the rest of the pages. If we’re lucky and it does scan a page, it doesn’t continue on scanning in sequence with the story which makes it very annoying. I was reading both Goldilocks and the Bear story to my nephew and he got pretty upset he wasn’t able to continue on and scan the pages so he could do his activities. I think an app update is required to fix these bugs. We pay so much for an augmented reality story only for it to malfunction. This is highly disappointing.

Problem solved for sound issue

I dont know if it just me or what but its kinda hard to scan and skip. Somehow the 3D is too close.

Despite multiple reinstalling of the app, there is still no sound. Without the sound, it is certainly not an interactive book.

Not working on my latent iPad. Already given Camera permission.

Took longer than usual to download and play. No sound upon launching the apps. Please improve.

This app is very interactive. It makes reading even more exciting. My kid loves it. I bought 6 of these books and they’re all very enjoyable. The number book really help my kid with counting and she loves tracing the numbers. Would definitely recommend this to other parents.

itu not as convenience as before. It take toooo long to scan the hypo. I have to cancel n start all over. Itu no fun anymore. Upgrade the apps. I know IT free but still why bother invent app but can’t be use. It’s useless.
