Have downloaded the app but it doesn’t allow me to scan the front cover at all…..

My iPhone and iPad are both not able to scan the cover page. Tried to email support through the app but also failed to do so.

These books with VR feature are some of the best books made for kids in this VR age. I have 4of the books and they were excellent and beautiful to read. However the camera on iPad doesn’t work anymore although permission has been allowed to be used by the app. There is no avenue for feedback except for this review page. I really hope the app developer can at least update the app.

I downloaded the app with excitement to read for my kid but it just simply doesn’t work! I was asked to scan cover but all it does it hang at that screen, no image whatsoever. Real disappointing at this.

Doesn’t work on ipad n iphone anymore?

App doesn’t work when trying to scan the cover page. The app doesn’t launch the camera and just shows a blank screen. The UI also starts to jitter during certain times. Gave permissions, turned volume on and all but still nothing works. Terrible.

Unable to turn on camera to scan the book

App does not seem to work. It keeps saying check internet connection and won’t connect. Tried with different phones and people using diffn networks, all said same issue. There is probably a bug somewhere. Hope your IT team can resolve it as it is a shame we bought a number of the books but unable to use the app for the 3D effect

Hi.. Recently downloaded in latest software version in iphone via using wifi and data. But the content loading is stopped at 69%. What should I do?
