Love the ease of the H&M app. Super easy to search, add to bag and pay.

I can’t even download the app because i need ios 16.0 whatever and so when i download it without the new update it says i can’t use the app without the freaking update so how the hell am i supposed to buy clothes? I live in a small town with almost no shopping places so i have to travel 3 hours to get to h&m irl.

They took away the option to view the product image instead of the weird stylized model photos that are not at all realistic. I can’t imagine myself in clothes cuz I’m not a skinny model posed in some abstract way. Fix it please!

Frankly, I am insulted. This is a loyalty program that claws back all of their nearly worthless points, without explanation or warning. Don’t download and let H&M track your purchases with them, you get nothing in return. Shame on yet another greedy corporate monstrosity taking advantage and robbing its loyal customers of literal pennies. How spiteful.
