No repeats
Really disappointment. None of my repeats ever work. Have to call and pay each month. Very cheeky.
Clunky App with Poor Functionality
The app falls short on several fronts. Initially, signing in is cumbersome as it doesn’t automatically scan incoming messages for the verification code, unlike most modern apps. The layout is poorly designed, making simple tasks difficult to accomplish. For instance, initiating a medical consult opens a browser window, disrupting the user experience. Additionally, the app monopolises your e-scripts, preventing you from using competitors. Given these significant issues, I strongly recommend opting for another provider, such as Instascripts.
Horrible service
I paid for the consult, waited online and no one called me but they did charge de payment. And now I can’t reach anyone to get a refund. Not recommended at all.

This is such a great service and I am so greatful for.
Unreliable delivery
App was easy to set up and use. However the 3 hour delivery has still not arrived 2 days later … and no idea if or when it will get here. Poor communication and service :(
Great idea…but
First time you sing this and it feels like it’s been a cheap development. Name fields don’t auto capitalize Doesn’t utilize predictive text for user info Asks for enough information that anyone could use to steal my identity - not cool My pharmacy already has my Medicare details, so why do I need to record it here? If I wasn’t so damn sick, and be forced to use this I wouldn’t. And I’ll echo a review from 2 years back…it’s not clear that my order has completed successfully, and why is there no payment option given? I had to read reviews that said the pharmacist needs to review everything before finalizing the order. Strangest set up ever.
