Home network uses Orbi mesh. When trying to use application to sign Thermador oven on to network, it failed at last step. Had to do factory reset on oven, to be able to start over. After 3 failed attempts I gave up on using the app to share the network password. Only went as far as step where oven indicated WPS was available. That worked!

I’ve been using the app to program my dishwasher to start at night. Recently, the UI to program start time changed and became horrible mess. The page to start program / select time is now overcomplicated, a lot of options scattered without any structure, and time control is the worse - try setting e.g. night time in the morning, cannot scroll the timeband. Have you guys not do any UI usability testing before dropping it to the world?

I have tried multiple times over the course of the last two weeks, but the app wont send me an email to verify my email, so I can’t use the app at all. I feel a little ripped off.

The only thing I actually want in the app, Alexa integration for my ice maker, it doesn’t have. Also, we discovered the physical ice maker button…so we no longer need to use the app…yay! …but not using the app now makes the app send me completely unnecessary notifications telling me I haven’t opened the app in a while. How stupid.

I’m receiving notifications like “You haven’t used the app for a while, we miss you.” The only active notification setting I have says something like “Recommendations for product maintenance.” Could you please not mix important recommendations with marketing recommendations? If I’m not using the app to control my dishwasher is because it’s slower and I don’t need it. Don’t spam me with notifications like that, they just waste my time and make me angry.

This app is the worst app I’ve installed (from 200+ apps).

I am not at all happy with needing the internet to set a delayed wash!

I downloaded the app and connected the WiFi to the dishwasher and it worked fine on my android. The WiFi will not connect to my dishwasher using a apple phone. Can I connect on an iPhone?

I've spent more time staring at "connecting to your appliance" than it took for me to physically install the dishwasher, in a particularly challenging tight space. Still haven't gotten it to connect. The app has crashed. Once it asked for the WiFi password, but disconnected before I could finish typing it in. Very poor experience all around.

Cannot set up new Bosch 800 series. Never finds device during scanning. Lack of clear instructions or reasoning for failure is disappointing
