WHO IS THIS APP FOR?
The FitCoach app is developed specifically for people who care about their health and want to slim down and get in shape but don’t have enough time to go to the gym.
HOW TO START WITH FITCOACH?
Set your goals: weight loss, muscle gain, or being more active
Select the zone that you want to work on: belly, buttocks, legs, arms.
Enter your personal data such as age, height, weight, fitness level, etc.
HOW DOES IT WORK:
According to your goals and personal data, our intelligent algorithm will suggest a personalized workout plan – a combination of cardio, strength, recovery, and other exercises that will enable you to maximize your results.
Each week the workout plan will be updated according to your progress and feedback (were the previous workouts too easy or too difficult for you).
FitCoach integrates with the Health app to import Steps data from HealthKit to FitCoach.
FitCoach also integrates with the Fitbit app to import data from Fitbit to FitCoach.

SUBSCRIPTION INFO:
You can download the app for free. Further use requires a subscription. At our discretion, we may decide to offer you a free trial per the terms displayed in the app. Please note that:
When opting for a subscription, you pay the fixed price for your country, which is displayed in the app.
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID Account upon confirmation of purchase.
Subscription automatically renews and free trial automatically converts into subscription unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Your Account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current subscription period.
You can manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal by going to your account settings on the App Store after purchase.
When canceling a subscription or a free trial, your subscription/free trial will stay active until the end of the current period. Auto-renewal will be disabled, but the current subscription will not be refunded.
In addition to the purchased subscription, we may offer you add-on items (e.g. fitness guides, VIP customer support service) for an additional fee, either one-off or recurrent. This purchase is optional: your subscription is not conditional on such a purchase. All such offers will be displayed in the app.

Cancelled but still getting charged
I’ve canceled and tried to stop payment but keep getting charge. Can’t stop pay and can log in as I no longer have account!!
Scam
Ignored my email to refund and cancel subscription My understanding was I had paid a 3 month trial but the renewal was three times the price. Emails were ignored when I tried to work it out so we cancelled subscription. Honesty keeps customers.
Good to start with but after a while, terrible.
Very glitchy and unreliable. Poor tech support. Actually, tech support is currently nonexistent. They don't reply to multiple attempts at contact.
Scam
Scam won't let me cancel Threatening to kill my dog if I do
Beware and read the small print
I signed up for this app three months ago through a half price special trail. The app is fine for fitness exercises but it’s not for me. I barely used it and cut my losses. The app is difficult to set up and sometimes the app takes forever to load. Three months later they charge me out of the blue another 3 months subscription, which costs over $80 AUD. I immediately canceled the subscription and asked for a refund. But they refuse.
Scam??
I signed up for this app via Facebook. Got no confirmation email, downloaded the app but can’t get into anything because it won’t recognise any of the details I used to sign up originally. Now charging me $47 per month for something I can’t even use or access. I can’t cancel the subscription because I can’t access the app
No middle ground option
I was enjoying this app until now, as the app no longer offers me a ‘tone and general fitness option’ in the settings, it only offers me weight loss or muscle gain programmes, neither of these interest me I just want a general fitness option with stretching and tone exercises.

Disappointed - Constant Glitching
In good faith I have paid for two cycles of subscriptions - my app won’t open - the logo continues to spin and all I see is a white screen. I get alerts to enter my stats but can’t access my paid subscription. Really disappointed.
