WHO IS THIS APP FOR?
The FitCoach app is developed specifically for people who care about their health and want to slim down and get in shape but don’t have enough time to go to the gym.
HOW TO START WITH FITCOACH?
Set your goals: weight loss, muscle gain, or being more active
Select the zone that you want to work on: belly, buttocks, legs, arms.
Enter your personal data such as age, height, weight, fitness level, etc.
HOW DOES IT WORK:
According to your goals and personal data, our intelligent algorithm will suggest a personalized workout plan – a combination of cardio, strength, recovery, and other exercises that will enable you to maximize your results.
Each week the workout plan will be updated according to your progress and feedback (were the previous workouts too easy or too difficult for you).
FitCoach integrates with the Health app to import Steps data from HealthKit to FitCoach.
FitCoach also integrates with the Fitbit app to import data from Fitbit to FitCoach.

SUBSCRIPTION INFO:
You can download the app for free. Further use requires a subscription. At our discretion, we may decide to offer you a free trial per the terms displayed in the app. Please note that:
When opting for a subscription, you pay the fixed price for your country, which is displayed in the app.
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID Account upon confirmation of purchase.
Subscription automatically renews and free trial automatically converts into subscription unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Your Account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current subscription period.
You can manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal by going to your account settings on the App Store after purchase.
When canceling a subscription or a free trial, your subscription/free trial will stay active until the end of the current period. Auto-renewal will be disabled, but the current subscription will not be refunded.
In addition to the purchased subscription, we may offer you add-on items (e.g. fitness guides, VIP customer support service) for an additional fee, either one-off or recurrent. This purchase is optional: your subscription is not conditional on such a purchase. All such offers will be displayed in the app.

Bra övningar men roligare att träna till mer levande app med människa och musik till. Nedräkningsljudet störande.
Scam.
Tried one month, I thougt. First month cheap, next month expensive, continued without my consent. Ok workouts, but the feeling is that this company dont care and just want to profit. No followup, no pushing, no reminders. Just Google or youtube instead. Btw youtube premium 3 month is cheeper. Update. I have contacted support, still no answer and 375sek (35$) was drawn without me even using the app. No answer after 2 weeks on Mail regarding close account.
They will never refund your money
I bought of them and requested for refund after only 1 day. They will never refund your money 🤨🤨🤨. Be careful

If this review will show up I want to warn you. It’s a scam and doesn’t really give you anything. You probably already know what to do to get in better shape and/or loose weight so don’t be fooled to believe this program will help you with that. It won’t.

Okej this is just the first day but I read the book on sleeping which was good. I let this app work together with my iPhone health app which is good and I’ve been wanting to find some time in my busy day to try this thing out which is also good. And the video and encouragement was really good. As I travel and work regularly it doesn’t work for me to go to a Jim even if there are some that have a good coverage here in Sweden. I just can’t be bothered. But with some pdfs off information that I brought with this app I can read and understand where I can make some improvements and with this app it feels like l’m taking the gym with me. And by the way maybe 20-15 years ago I trained karate and I realise that your body wait is all you really need to get in amazing shape

1. Inga träningsrutiner visas innan man betalar. ”Köp inuti app” bör tas bort! Detta är en ren köpAPP! 2. De lurar in med digitala träningsbilder i reklamen där muskelgrupper syns som man kan klicka på för att förstå vad man tränar. Det finns inget sådant. Dåligt! Då man har betalat får man ett schema för en månad med olika moduler som upprepas varje dag alla dagar. Man kan köpa till träningsprogram men de innehåller säkert inte heller dessa digitala bilder för att se muskelgrupperna. Inga rörliga bilder finns som de visar i reklamen. Skandal faktiskt.
