The whole point of buying a washing machine and dryer last week was that they had WiFi (like my LG washing machine). It takes a minute each time I open the app just to see that the dryer is fine, but the washing machine has dropped the WiFi yet again. The app is far too slow to open and operate. For the money spent buying these appliances, you would hope that the app works as well.

Washing Machine won’t connect to the app not matter what I do. I have even got a friend who works in IT to help - and it still won’t connect.

Never pairs! Tried three different iPhones and iOS and nothing happens, impossible !! English instructions are not very clear! What does it mean: “Give permission to access location for bluetooth installation”?? I wish could understand this. Because I cannot connect anything! DO NOT ASK FOR MY EMAIL ADDRESS & PHONE NUMBER to be sent via email - how appalling ! Instead, get an encrypted message channel.

It is causing problems when it won’t work now due to telling me it’s been jailbroken or routed when my phone hasn’t as it’s been checked and secured. Heard this is because the app isn’t used to a certain update?? Why is this happening……I’m so not impressed anymore, it was fine for first 3 months use now this…..

My washing machine won’t connect. I’ve followed all the prompts and I build servers as a hobby so I don’t think it’s pebkac. I suspect you didn’t write correct instructions. Fairly pointless.

I just purchased a brand new washer dryer for 1 thousand dollars and I can’t even pair it with the app. Every time I try to log into the app it says my account is not verified even though I have verified my email countless times. Pathetic
